SURF ROOTS TV is launching August 2nd on Roku! Surf Roots is the first Reggae channel on TV, streaming a mix of music videos, live performances, festivals, interviews, & beach lifestyle. Co-Producer Dave Resin explains “Surf Roots TV is the next step for our brand and the genre as a whole, so fans can see the bands and get to know them, beyond listening on the radio stream. Surf Roots TV has brought together the top content producers in today’s Reggae and Reggae-Rock scene including California Roots Festival, Bulldog Media, Sugarshack, Easy Star Records, VP Records, Silverback Music, Ineffable Music, LAW Records & more. In addition content producers from the extreme sports world such as Body Glove and Sector 9 are joining in, recognizing the synergy between the music and beach lifestyle. Surf Roots is also getting the support of the booming cannabis industry.

Roku is the company that pioneered streaming for TV, with streaming players that connect to the TV as well as “smart TV’s” that have the streaming experience built-in.
